Facial and Chin Slimming
Kybella is a synthetic deoxycholic acid. Deoxycholic acid occurs naturally in the body to help breakdown and absorb dietary fat. When Kybella is injected into the fat beneath the skin, it destroys the fat, resulting in a noticeable reduction in fullness of fat. Once destroyed, these cells can no longer store or accumulate fat, so no further treatment is needed once reach your desired goal.
At each treatment session, you will receive multiple small injections under the skin and the injection process takes about 15-20 minutes. The exact number of injections will depend on the amount of fat you have under your skin and your desired results.
The number of treatments vary from patient to patient. Your health care specialist will help determine how many treatments sessions you need based on the amount and distribution of your sub-mental fat and your personal treatment goals.
