Booking Policy
Please arrive 15 minutes early to find parking and fill out any necessary forms. If you are over 15 minutes late, it may cost you to lose your appointment time and you would be charged a $15 cancellation fee.
We require a deposit for clients who book a Full Set of Lash Extensions and Eyebrow Microblading semi-permanent makeup.
New clients with existing eyelash extensions are also required to place a deposit for Touch-up appointments with us. Please call for details.
Failure to reschedule or cancel 48 hrs prior to your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
Cancellation Policy
We value our guest(s) and their time. Your appointments are very important to us; it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request that you give us some notice to cancel your appointment or reschedule 48 hours before your appointment time. Please understand that when you forget to cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time; clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
- Less than 48 hours notice will result in a $15 charge.
- “NO SHOWS,” “RESCHEDULE,” and “CANCELLATIONS” will be charged $15 of the reserved service amount.
