Microdermabrasion

What is it?

Diamond microdermabrasion is a non-chemical, non-invasive procedure that uses various diamond tips to exfoliate the skin’s surface, while vacuum suction removes dead skin cells and extracts debris. You may even notice more youthful, healthier-looking skin after your first session. Microdermabrasion also promotes skin rejuvenation, which enhances your skin’s radiance.

Benefit: It improves skin texture and tone, provides gentle exfoliation, diminishes marks or scars, removes blackheads, helps fade skin irregularities, enhances the performance of skin care products, and minimizes the appearance of fine lines.

Price: $150 monthly.

Pre-Requisites

It is strongly advised that you consult a dermatologist before using this device, particularly if you have any pre-existing skin conditions, allergies, or concerns.
Individuals with sensitive skin should consult a dermatologist before use and conduct a patch test on a small area of the face to evaluate tolerance.
Always cleanse and completely dry your face before using any of the system’s functions. Remove all makeup or skincare products.

Post Procedure

Edema and erythema may occur following treatment but will resolve within a few hours.
Excessively aggressive techniques can lead to mild flaking over the next 3 to 4 days. Treating the epidermis too harshly may result in bleeding in the superficial dermis.
Once the treatment is completed, cool the treated skin surface by applying cold towels or a hydration mask. Continue until the skin becomes cool.
After the treatment, the skin may experience some redness and warmth, which is normal following an abrasive procedure.

Advise clients against using other abrasive products on the skin to prevent adverse reactions.

Remember to apply sunscreen after treatment to protect your skin from UV light.
